I have been Coaching and Consulting in some professional capacity since 2009. Developing others is in my blood. My specialist areas of strategic input are Marketing, Sales and Communication. I use the "SANDOR" consulting method to help keep things simple, effective and accountable. Nobody knows your business better than you do, but what I do know, is that it's impossible to see your own blind spots, and if the intention to grow is there, together we can overcome and unlock your success.

HOW IT WORKS
It All Starts With a Strategy Session
I need to get to know you and the business a bit better. We will work through a set of questions and discuss what the biggest drivers are for you. We will also unpack the challenges that you are facing, and discover at least 1 'quick win' to impact revenue. I will then go away and devise a 12-week plan, which you will check, agree and approve the following week.
Bi-Weekly Consulting Calls
You and I will have a consulting call every 2 weeks. It is within these calls that we will align with the 12-week plan, check in on action points, and then develop the next actions to take in order to move forwards with our strategy.
On Hand Support
My inbox is always open and you'll be able to 'call the Batphone' if it's an emergency.
Questions and sound boarding are very welcome. You'll have my support as and when you need it.
Don't forget, you'll also have the support of my staff inside the 'Tide 55 Forum' when it comes to any marketing tech questions.
